Our dear faithful Porsha has not been sold but is now retired. She remains here with us of course. Perhaps if the right home for her popped up we would consider letting her go but that decision will not be made lightly.

So happy to have our Bobbie Jo’s first-born foal back to Join our stud. We just love her. Perfect size at 31 1/2″. Lovely stocky build with nice wide chest. She has her mum’s beautiful eye and expression carried on through the Country Music line and is a brilliant mahogany brown in colour.
Emmy Lou is due to foal to QM Half Dollar in Sept 2018. Very excited in anticipation to meet this foal.

Sweet natured and very elegant Karina joined us at Ecclestone Valley in 2009. Karina carries the NLP gene from her sire Chateau’s Casanova. We were excited in anticipation to meet her first born foal to Clovercrest Satchmo and couldn’t be more impressed with the arrival of Sirocco. He is an exceptional little boy with a sweet dainty head and wonderful conformation all round. We expect Karina to continue to produce special little babes of this quality.

Our dear Rosie, along with Mimosa, has thankfully come back to us at Ecclestone Valley. She is gorgeous with her pretty light red colouring and big white blaze. Again bigger than my ultimate mini size but far too nice a donkey to let go! Her baby to Satchmo in 2014 is sure to be rather lovely.

After regretting selling both Mimosa and Tea Rose so much I was absolutely delighted to be able to buy both of these girls back. Daughter of our dear Minka and the stunning little Jasper Mimosa is a beautifully conformed and pretty girl. She does stand at 34 3/4″ at 3 years and although this is not my ultimate mini height Mimosa having 7/8ths American lines is likely to produce the perfect miniature babies. Watch this space for her baby to Satchmo – December 2013. We can’t wait!
Little Madalaina from Mimosa and Satchmo has lived up to all expectations. Unfortunately Mimosa did not think the same and rejected her at birth. After many hours spent attempting to get her mum to accept her we gave in and we are now hand rearing this very special little girl.

Rose joined us at Ecclestone Valley in 2011. She is a lovely small, thick set, solid boned Irish donkey with big soulful eyes. Being a nice light red in colour, we were not surprised she has produced a delightful red boy to our jack Clovercrest Satchmo. We look forward to more foals of this calibre in the future.

Despite being over height and registered with DABSA (donkey All Breed Society Of Australia) as a foundation jenny, Carrelli carries 50% American lines being the daughter of the well known Riverside Sparky Magnito – now owned by Marion and Peter van Dijk of Clovercrest stud NZ. She is a very dark brown, almost black. Her mother was a pure black donkey with no stripe and No Light Points (NLP).
Carrelli has shown great depth of colour in her foals with Peppi – almost black and NLP, Hush – a straight grey dun, Eli – a lovely silver grey with NLP, and Rufus – a beautiful red. Unfortunately Carrelli has grown overheight at 36 1/2″ but with her lines has thrown small foals. Her first girl Peppi has matured at a mere 32 1/4″. (See Peppi above.)
