The back bone of any stud, Ecclestone Valley now boasts owning 2 superb 100% AMMD jacks, both imported from New Zealand. Our past jack Joy's Rock of Jasper (also stunning) has now been sold.

We are expecting some beautiful foals from Jasper in April 2010.

Our Chateau's Texas Ambassador MB and Clovercrest Satchmo will no doubt remain Ecclestone Valley's herd sires for years to come.

Jasper is a stunning little light sorrel jack. He stands at just under 30'' at 2 years. We have four jennies in foal to Jasper and I am confident he will throw lovely colour and quality of his calibre in his foals.

I am so excited to announce the arrival of Satchmo to Ecclestone Valley. We imported him from the renown Clovercrest Miniature Stud in NZ owned by Marion and Peter vanDijk He has a star studded pedigree tracing back to the original Mediterranean donkeys imported into America on both his parents' sides. He is a stocky drafty build and is a brilliant dark red – reds and blacks dominate his pedigree. At 15 mths of age Satchmo stands at 30" and displays the class and charisma of his father Cyder's Spartacus who is son of the rather famous Lazy Nissen Foxworthy(USA). My sincere gratitude to Marion and Peter for offering me this magnificent boy.
